George Harrison... one of the most beautiful men ever. I was 9 when he died and I never even knew it... it makes me upset that I couldn't realize what had just happened or who he was... so I don't even feel like I should have the right to think he was one of the most amazing people ever, but here am I now 7 years later.
I felt the need to make a George stamp since I'm in one of the biggest art blocks of my life. I can barely write something without it being crap. And stamps are so much fun to make, and I love George, so... here he is. I don't know why I feel emotional about this all. Like I just said, I barely have the right...
Anyway, as for the title, those were his last words. RIP George. <3
George is my favourite. I was ten when he passed. And it's the equivalent of "What were you doing when you heard President Kennedy was shot?" for me, because I didn't quite know The Beatles as well as I do now, but it still really affected me. (Because I thought they were all immortal when I was younger.)
George is my favourite too, I remember clearly the day he died. It was my 20th birthday, being woken up by my mother...'Happy Birthday Hannah!! By the way George Harrison has just died',... nice. spent the whole day moping around. And all my friends had bought me loads of Beatles stuff..bless them felt quite reluctant to give them to me..
Anyhooo...Very nice work here, hope you dont mind I have used it.

I was only 7 when he passed, and I knew nothing about him. But earlier last year, I really discovered music, and rediscovered The Beatles, and learned about George.... it's kinda funny, people say I act like him in some ways. He was a beautiful person, with a beautiful soul. We need more people like him on this earth.
